Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened software, digital downloads, and licenses
Items marked āFinal Saleā or āNon-Returnableā
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Include photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification
Return Process
Email us at support@asemob.com to initiate a return
Ship items using a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns)
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges for the same item in case of defects or incorrect delivery.
