  2. Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  3. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
  4. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
  6. We do not accept returns for:

  8. Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  9. Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  10. Defective or Damaged Items
  11. If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  13. Include photos of the item and packaging
  14. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification

  16. Email us at support@asemob.com to initiate a return
  17. Ship items using a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns)
  18. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
