  2. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the item has not already been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  5. Non-Cancellable Items
  6. The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

  8. Items on clearance or marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€
  9. Orders already dispatched or in transit


  1. Refunds for Canceled Orders
  2. If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.
  3. Pre-orders and Backorders
  4. Pre-orders and backorders may be canceled any time before the item is shipped. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
  5. Refusal of Delivery
  6. Refusing a delivery is not considered a valid form of cancellation. Any costs incurred from a refused delivery may be deducted from your refund.
