  1. Order Cancellation Window
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the item has not already been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  2. How to Cancel an Order
    To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@asemob.com or use the cancellation feature in your order history under your Ase.Mob account.

  3. Non-Cancellable Items
    The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized or personalized electronic devices

  • Items on clearance or marked as β€œFinal Sale”

  • Orders already dispatched or in transit

  1. Refunds for Canceled Orders
    If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  2. Pre-orders and Backorders
    Pre-orders and backorders may be canceled any time before the item is shipped. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

  3. Refusal of Delivery
    Refusing a delivery is not considered a valid form of cancellation. Any costs incurred from a refused delivery may be deducted from your refund.
