We offer refunds under the following conditions:
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product does not match the description provided on our website.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
Downloadable software or digital products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable."
To request a refund:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For defective or incorrect products, Ase.Mob will cover return shipping costs.
For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
